A MESSAGE FROM YOUR PRESIDENT
Hello,
The VCO has been fortunate to have a cross section of multi talented people as members in our club. We have the mechanical expertise among our members, who know Vipers well and willing to help you.
We have just gained a new member, Bruno Buso who is an accredited racer on the North American circuits ( Raced for Tommy Archer). I met Bruno for the first time at the dyno day, as it turned out he went to school with Jason August one of our directors, small world! Between Jason and Bruno may be will have a driver learning program starting on June 6th event Exotic Car Lapping at Cayuga.
Thanks to Rick Simpson and Maureen Shragie for contributing $ 100 each, towards the Sick Kids Charity ( Saturday May 8th) as they will not be able to attend. Have fun Vipering and be safe.

UPCOMING V.C.O. EVENTS FOR MAY
Weekly Car Shows Every Wed. Maple View Mall Cruise Night, Burlington. This is the
Largest Car Show in Canada (5-9 p.m.)
REPORT ON LAST MONTHS EVENTS
Despite the dismal weather we had, it was a great turn out at the annual V.C.O Dyno Day! Eleven cars in total managed to slither their way out of their warm garages and make the jaunt down to Tag Motorsports in Oakville. We had members attend from the New York, Montreal, Windsor, Guelph, and Michigan areas! The atmosphere at Tag was lifted when Sonny and Caroline graciously got coffee for everyone while we watched the Vipers do what they do best…Lay down some Horsepower! After the late arrival from Windsor finished up on the dyno (not mentioning any names…cough Ryan) we cruised down to the WaterStreet Cooker in Burlington for an amazing brunch! After hearing the news about Nabil’s truck, we cruised out to his house to see the beast. Many ooo’s and aaaw’s could be heard as Nabil opened her up for the amazed crowd. Many thanks go out to everyone that attended the event, and to Nabil for all of the organizing! Have a safe May, and we hope to see you at the next event!

NON V.C.O. (scheduled) EVENTS
We have the Sick Children Charity drive coming up May 8th in Burlington 10 am-2 PM. I hope you all can make it, as we are the main sponsors of this event. There will be on site a Radio Station, TV Station and hundreds of people who will be coming to see the Ontario Club Vipers. Children will have their pictures taken by our Vipers by Costco Staff for a fee, and all proceeds will go to Sick Children. It will be a carnival like of an atmosphere. I propose our club matches the proceeds up to $1000 I need a “seconder” and your approval by email. This is a worthwhile cause. Your presence will make all the difference for a successful event. BBQ and refreshments will be complementary of the organizers. Directions: Exit the QEW at Brant Street and look for COSTCO wholesale parking lot, follow direction by the Staff on site. 11 Vipers confirmed and counting…

I would love to help out, but to come to Toronto three times in one month is tough. You guy's would need to adopt me.
Plus after you guy's kicked my ass dyno day, I am still in hiding ( Next time I will bring out the big guns. C.C. )
Seriously though, You guys have a super cause, and I just received an update that you have 11 vipers and counting. Good Work!
Let me know where to send a cheque for $250 to help reach your $1000 goal.
PS: If you do not reach it, let me know and I will send you the difference.
Good luck, and make those kids SMILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to alert everyone to the annual Tators Dodge BBQ coming up May 1st! (Rain date may 2nd) Chuck is hoping to have 110 Vipers this year to beat the all-time non-VOI viper gathering. The BBQ is in South Salem NY, about 400 Miles from the Niagara Falls area. I am going down with a few guys from around here.
Hotel arrangements have been made by Chuck, he blocked out many rooms at a local hotel, which is about 3 miles from the BBQ. (Good prices too! And well lit) We plan on traveling down on Friday, staying over Friday and Saturday night, then driving back either Sunday or Monday-(rain date depending).
Please let me know ASAP if interested, and I will send you a copy of the registration sheet.
